Use of individuals and routines within the dining room 🍽️ 🥗

With great satisfaction, we finished the nutritional exams that gave us the diagnoses of each one of our children. With this, we have started our "Education Traffic Light".

Our traffic light allows us to follow up on the improvement of the students since they are assigned a color corresponding to their diagnosis: red is for children with anemia, orange is for children with malnutrition, yellow is for children with obesity, and green is for healthy children. This is applied through the delivery of individual colored bags at lunchtime, so teachers, the health team, and the kitchen team know what food to give to each child.

What are we looking for? To involve the children in the process of improvement, because through medication and healthy eating, we achieve that they can improve and achieve that all our children have a green individual.
