FLOR'S STORY

Flor de María is a student in the sixth grade, she is 11 years old and currently lives in Ccotohuincho, a 40 minute walk from the foundation. She lives with her 6 siblings who work in different jobs, so she takes care of the household chores.

She misses her older sister a lot, who is preparing herself in the city of Cusco to be able to enter university. Her favorite dishes are milanesa and noodles. 

 

She is very talented at drawing and composing songs. She is a very attentive student, intelligent, questioning and very curious to learn, her favorite subjects are music, art and science.  Her biggest dream is to be with her family and to be able to study plastic arts.
